Refund Policy

This policy covers payments made to Purpus Orgorbit Super App (OPC) Private Limited for NicheMarketEngine. Bookings that your own customers make inside your marketplace follow the refund rules you set for your marketplace.

Webinar seats (₹99)

• If we cancel the webinar, or reschedule it and you can't attend the new date, we refund the full amount.
• Otherwise, seats are non-refundable once the webinar has taken place, but you can ask for the recording.

Strategy calls

Strategy calls are free, so there is nothing to refund.

Marketplace subscriptions

• The monthly platform fee is billed in advance. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.
• Fees for a month that has already started are not refundable.
• One-time setup or build fees are not refundable once work has started, because they pay for design, build and app-store publishing work done for you.
• If we fail to deliver what was agreed in your order form, tell us and we will either fix it or refund the fees for the affected period.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. To ask for one, email founder@orgorbit.com with your name and payment details.
