By using the site you agree to them.

Our service

NicheMarketEngine builds and runs white-label booking marketplaces: branded apps and websites that clients use to bring providers and customers together. Any service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement or order form. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

Prices and examples

  • Prices on the site are starting prices in Indian rupees, excluding GST. Your final price is confirmed in writing in your proposal.
  • Earnings figures, such as commission examples and "Your Numbers", are illustrations to explain how a marketplace can earn. They are not promises or forecasts of your results, which depend on your network, pricing and effort.

Webinars and calls

Webinar seats are personal; please don't share the joining link. We may reschedule a webinar, and if we do we will tell you by email. Strategy calls are free and carry no obligation.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no copying its content or design for commercial use, and no submitting false or other people's details in our forms.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logos and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. Names of other companies, such as Uber, Airbnb and redBus, are used only to explain ideas and belong to their owners.

No warranty and limits

The site is provided "as is" for general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it, and our total liability for anything related to the site, webinars or calls is limited to the amount you paid us for them.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to you; if that fails, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
